WHAT IS IT?
Culture Cast is the online melting pot for the Greater Lafayette Art, Music, and Culture scene. Soon we'll be providing an in-depth look at the artists, bands, venues, restaurants, and Mom & Pop Shops that give our cities their distinct flavor - Culture Cast is a modern attempt to garner increased awareness for the many contributions that so many individuals, businesses, and groups provide in our wonderful cities.

WHY?
Culture Cast is being built to compliment and support our local Arts Federation , Midwest Cultural Events , Art Museums , Galleries , Boutiques, Coffee houses, and all locally owned and operated businesses that make our cities great. While there are currently many individuals and entities that represent the arts, theatre, and history of the Greater Lafayette area, there isn't one jump off point that combines them all in an easy to surf and search way – Culture Cast in a sense will become a gateway for families, students and anyone looking to relocate to our area to get a glimpse of true Tippecanoe culture.

Every month thousands of individuals (be the prospective Purdue students, business owners, or families) use the internet to learn more about Lafayette and West Lafayette. While many of them may be interested in the job or housing market – they all have a genuine interest in learning more about “What there is to do” “Where can I shop” and “Where can I eat” in town. This is where Culture Cast will set itself apart and further compliment the real experience we have all grown to love about Tippecanoe County– we're only supporting and promoting the local businesses , no corporate chains or ‘box stores'.
